Shipping and Return Policy
We use postal service, expedited express and local delivery at the same time. You can choose the supported preferred method when placing an order.（Before choosing local delivery, you need to confirm whether there is a local warehouse in your country on the product details page.）
Supported Shipping Destinations
In general, we ship worldwide. We may have difficulties shipping to certain countries or regions according to the actual situation.(Some remote countries cannot deliver goods or the delivery time is long.)
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of the ordered products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 21 days after items delivery. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (For malfunctioning products or defective products, please provide relevant videos when applying for return or exchange); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within two business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
