Return and Exchange
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped.
If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund of your order.
(Notice: We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.)
Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days after received it.
In order to schedule a return, you need to:
1. Your item must be the same condition when you received it.
2. It must be sent back in the original package.
3. We require a receipt or proof of the purchase.
(Notice: Please do not send your package back to the manufacture.)
a. Situations that customer DO NOT need to pay the shipping fee (return):
- The product that customer was purchased and received has defect, wrong product, damaged or not working.
b. For all orther circumstances (not include in (a)), need to pay the shipping fee (return).
(Notice: No-restocking fees need to be charged for customer to return the product.)
Once your product (return) is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also email you whether your refund is approval or not.
If it's approved, your refund will be processed and the money will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If it's not approved, we will notify you with an email to discuss further solution.
If you haven't received your refund
Contact your credit card company or bank and tell them your situation. Sometimes, there's a delay for the refund been posted.
